Simple QR Software License Agreement

The "Simple QR Code Generator" browser extension and its associated website components ("The Software") operate under this custom protective license structure.

1. Output Asset License

The data assets (PNG, SVG, JPEG, web animations) outputted by The Software belong completely to you (The User). No royalty fees apply, and commercial deployment of generated QR codes does not require attributing The Software.

2. Proprietary Distribution

The Software’s inner extension logic and Advanced Mode dashboard algorithms may not be copied, distributed, or modified into a secondary application or sub-licensed to third parties without prior written consent.

3. Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE.
